will gehrman - Founder/CEO
Born and raised in North Carolina, Will started Dove Creek Contracting with one goal in mind. To change the narrative on what clients experience with a general contractor. We’ve all heard the horror stories of inadequate workmanship, dust covered homes and absent supervisors. Will knows that communication and realistic expectations are the ultimate key to success when it comes to working with clients. Through every step of the process he wants the client to be in the know and be comfortable with all of the decisions that get made on their project.
Ryan Stamey - Superintendent
Ryan began with Dove Creek on a single project. supervising a large kitchen remodeling project for us. We quickly knew he was a great fit. He has building in his blood, coming from a background with a father that was a general contractor. He is excellent with job site supervision as well as self performing work where needed. He’s a great team player and executes at a high level.
josh jarrell - Head of Construction
Josh comes from Pennsylvania with a vast experience in construction and design. He takes extreme care in thoroughly thinking through all the aspects of each project with a focus on not only making the client’s vision a reality, but adding value at every opportunity. He excels at utilizing spaces efficiently and designing with thoughtful detail. At the end of the day, he deeply cares about the client’s satisfaction and communicates on and off the job site to relay decisions with the budget, schedule, and end product at the the forefront of those choices.
Evan Lane - Head of Project Management
Evan joined Dove Creek Contracting in April of 2022 as our lead Project Manager. Since then, he has been a huge asset to the Dove Creek team and is now officially a partner. He has a Master’s Degree in Architecture and has worked with high end residential building companies and also in commercial contracting. Evan’s attention to detail is unsurpassed, and he provides an element of organization that makes each project more successful than the last.
Temple Jarrell - Carpenter
Temple has been with Dove Creek since the very beginning as an essential component to physically getting the work done. He has a lifetime of experience as a general contractor in residential and commercial construction. He is a father to Josh and Russell, and a blessing to everyone he meets. His knowledge and experience have been a bedrock for Dove Creek from day one. You’ll probably see him on your job site with a smile on his face and a hammer in his hand.
Russell Jarrell - Carpenter/Operator
Russell started with Dove Creek very soon after the company was started. He is a skilled carpenter and machine operator who handles much of our self performed work. He is the brother of Josh and the son of Temple, and a friend to everyone. Russell has allowed Dove Creek to expand our self perform work to larger demolition, foundation work, and light grading. He is also our Resident DJ and takes requests.
